A Serene and fast developing environment. Not too far from Ado poly satellite campus. It has the tendency of growing bigger but the security of the area should be maintain to retain her relevance.

Security level is good ,the power line pose danger ,the electricity supply is OK ,the 9am to 12noon ,and 3pm to 6pm as well as the 9pm to 12midnight and 3am to 6am power supply system is consistent but needs improvement

It's a good environment only that the road to it are very bad and the environment is not too serene and also full of vices.

Vibrant and flourishing part of GRA, Benin City. It's a University campus environment with lots of student hostels and commercial activities due to the Benson Idahosa University situation there.
