The hall needs a major upgrade. Fans or airconditioning needs to be installed. Also a coupe of windows are broken. This used to be one of the best halls before but it's now being neglected
I walk and run on these grounds as part of being active. Be safe and walk or run in groups. Don't stay on these grounds too late
