vary nice and calm place
They observe government, NCC and Covid regulations. Customer service is also good and timely.
It is a store where SIM cards are registered and also visited for upgrades and welcoming back of lost sims cards.
I was denied, I don't think this store over here in maiduguri is a good one, they always Snub on people. They attending on people they know, NCC should take action on that! That's my own contribution to my experience at the Airtel store
Airtel Borno State Office. To swap your lost SIM card you need to get an affidavit from court. One has to register his name earlier during the day before getting in during working hours.
