Clean environment, especially the toilets and pool. Their event halls are convenient for events and their lodging is affordable. There is also a bar to sit, watch football and drink.

Forget proximity to Government House, this is a hotel with zero appeal, in and out. Bland, lifeless rooms, ill-mannered and badly behaved staff and a management who should have no business doing hospitality. I do not recommend if you have a penchant for orderliness and courteous service

The hotel is situated along the government house. The environment is serene. Neat and clean. The interior is clean and cozy. The rooms are cozy and its appliances in good condition. The food is very good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Lokoja. kudos.

Nice swimming pool not crowded

One of the new hotels in lokoja town. Located at the heart of town along government House road. Very high quality furniture and materials, great location, good customer service and very good amenities. The price of rooms and services is competitive for the quality too. Not a wide food menu right now…
