Rooms are so dirty,Kettle is so old,Fridge is broken,Toilet smells awful,Dust everywhere, spiders everywhere. No hot water. Cushions smells strong armpits. Everything is a mess Yerrr 😭😭. Booked room 6 what a nightmare ,never again… This accommodation needs urgent attention

The place is an amazing and a quiet little getaway which is great for business and leisure. Only problem we had was thousands of mosquitoes that forced us to sleep in the car. Otherwise, not bad.

All in all had a good experience with Avanti during a week long stay. The rooms are well-equipped and have air conditioning that does help cool the room off during the hot summer days. Avanti is really nice. I am always assisted with kindness. The rooms are nice and comfortable. It's only R500 per night (single)... So affordable. I'll definitely visit again.
