Known for its event centre space built in small halls that can contain up to fifty people depending on the arrangement. There are brands using some of the building as office space.

Not a bad place for seminar or small event

There are about 3 halls for use here. Parking space is quite big. Toilets are more than enough. Great for small and big celebrations.

My experience with Avenue for wealth was four years ago maybe six. Go ahead and rent the hall enjoy your occassion. make sure you have an exclusive dates cuz the halls are too close to the other, and noise coming from the other events will disturbe.
