This is a student environment, though other individuals also reside there . You can actually get a whole lot of things there ranging from household items to food items . A good place to be . Just a little bit rough. Cool headed people might not find the place conducive .

it is about 2 km to lifefort international school, apete, awotan, Ibadan. it is beside the road. l. haven't been able to patronise the event centre. l used to pass through the place often.
