no soap, no toilet paper, when i asked for these the next day my towel disappeared. sheets not fully clean. no wifi. poor shower. very limited food options. marble floors are polished very clean, my chair was very gold. not sure they are really aiming to attract guests.

This hotel is poorly designed and many dysfunctional rooms. It’s either the shower is faulty or the heaters are not working. The staff are so nonchalant and not hospitable. If you have any options go for it and don’t lodge in this hotel. NB: I forgot to mention they have a very terrible room service…

The most well managed hotel in town. If you get a good room, you can overlook other things. There are obvious shortcomings like very old beddings and towels and people putting out dirty plates on the corridor. But still the best in town.
