Birchwood Hotel & OR Tambo Conference Centre

Amazing service and very friendly staff. We wanna go to the nearby grocery store and asked directions to the front desk staff. It was only 10 min walk away but she arranged a car to drive us there to care for our safety! Very thoughtful and helpful. Close to the airport and delicious breakfast.

It is a good place to stay,Calm and silent. The location is very convenient if you’re using O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB) they have well-organized shuttle service. Staff and service is friendly, helpful, professional.

I've stayed here a few times. Service is always excellent. Every staff member that one passes or interacts with is always very friendly and helpful. The conference rooms and boardrooms are great. The rooms are a mixed review. Some rooms are nice, and others are a bit disappointing for the price.
