Borno State Secretariat - Local Office

The plan of the building is an architectural marvel but very few ministries function well and most workers begin at 10am and before 2pm no serious work goes on except finance department

The Borno state Secretariat complex, very big indeed. I structures are beautiful that they lack maintenance. The government can do better in putting structures to shape. I think there is serious need for overall reshaping and redesign of the complex to suite the modern day way of operations.

Officially called Musa Usman Secretariat, it has most of the ministerial headquarters which include education, health, finance, justice, agriculture, environment, information and communication, religion, sport, youth empowerment and poverty alleviation, local government and chieftaincy affair, works…

Nice structures though needs renovation and rebranding. Directional pools will also be a plus. Well structured and organized as well but could still be better

Borno State Secretariat contains many of the ministerial headquarter offices. The security guards were helpful to direct. Besides that, one would need directions to locate you wherever he/she is going to.
