My honest opinion is that Nomsa and her son Thabo must close the business as their hearts are not in it. We arrived after a long drive from Jhb but there was no one to welcome us. Room was booked and paid for. They phone 2 hours before check in that current guest haven't left and I must just make another plan. That is not just terrible service but breach of contract. Reporting this to the tourism board also. Definitely a place to avoid where there is no integrity.

Shoddy service and attitude, worst stay I ever had in my 8 yrs on my traveling job. It was like they were doing us a favor staying there. Management nowhere insight in our entire 6 day stay. Horrendous hospitality
