Nice Hall for any ceremony, moderate sized, and looks nice. Has a small spot outside where guests can lounge and have drinks. Only issue, the road leading there is under construction, but it's almost 50% complete.
My first time being there was a nice experience and I enjoy the place. Very comfortable.
The rooms are not conducive. The AC is not working well. The hall is a total mess. The water smells bad. The painting is very poor. Ventilation and lighting are much worse.
I have been hearing about this place since when was still in Secondary School till am posted here last year September 2023 when i met King Oba Dr. Momodu Afolabi Asafa, during His 50th Coronation Anniversary.
A place where decorators were not allowed to work over night, were shut out and they reopen 7am. If you are an events person and you like working over night, this is a no go area.
