Its generally a peaceful and quite calm environment. It houses the administrative office of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly, a circuit court (Motor court) and some privately owned printing presses. The place looked very orderly in terms of parking arrangements for cars and even siting of food vendors…
Its a basic at com.1 for pick ups, drop offs, market area and usually the bus stop from Accra to Tema. Whenever one gets lost in Tema, one could always ask directions from com. 1 Centre

Very busy area in Tema. Easy to find cars to most locations, Accra, Dahwenya, Kaneshie etc
