The shower is broken, toilet seat broken, hot water don't work and the front desk ladies don't know how to talk professionally to clients. However the price is fair but they can improve on customer relations and react to complaints in time.

Location is in a serene part of Keffi. However, the customer service is poor. In addition ,the time in switch over from public power to generator is too long. The rooms are however spacious and neat. There is a small garden bar good enough for evening relaxation where music plays.
