Large with enough free parking
This place is in disarray, not user friendly at all. Renovations to the building are only half done and one has to even bring your own tables and chairs to have a function. Rats inhabit every nook and crazy of the building and not even the toilets are functional.
Great hall, location good as it's near a police station but the grounds and parking not well kept.
Well situated, safe, clean.
This is for people coming to eldo's its difficult to find this place every Government Departments is close to this civic center SAPS Liberty Your Water and lights Social Grands Department. Building Inspectors and your Councillors all at this one place
