Good environment with large space of events center

A decent place to stay but some basic services are lacking or inadequate. The good part is that the building is new with a modern touch, awesome paint coating on the wall, bright lighting, tidy surroundings, and top top customer service/front desk. Suffered, no AC in the rooms, poor lightings, no hot water, i had to settle for a noisy fan. Wall Gecko in my room and they switched off the Gen exactly 6am. Good parking space but the accomodation is zero!

It has a large hall for events with a hotel by the side making it a nice place to lodge and host your event, and it's not too far from town. However, customer service is poor, and it lacks some basic amenities.

A safe place. Ilesa is blessed to have a place like this. Simple, directing and accommodating plus, it is also easy to locate. With GPS, you can’t get lost.
