A good place to be. The environment is less noisy and well ventilated. Only a fraction of the Arcade is covered. However, the entire circle is tarred.

Main parade ground in Akure, Ondo state. Used by the paramilitary, corp members(NYSC), also for the Worker's day celebration. Structured badly considering the fact that no shed is made available for vast number of people. Just a few select people stay under shade while others sweat out in the sun.
