Nice place right in the middle of Tamale. No elevator and all rooms are on the second floor
If you’re coming to the Aliu Mahama sport stadium and you are looking for a place of comfort and peace to enjoy then Gidi lodge is the best and very little distance from the stadium
Room was clean and tidy with running water. They have fridge, television and AC in the room. Bed was hard though. Staff are polite. Booked a room via AirBnB and arrived at 08:30 pm but the room was not available as the place was fully booked out. The manager did not offer us an equivalent place to stay but we had to take care of all ourselves. Luckily, AirBnB was able to issue a refund.
I enjoyed staying there. It's not luxurious, but Tamale is within your grasp from here. Well, within your grasp. You have access to all transport terminals from here. You can walk or hail a taxi . Short distance to any place of interest in Tamale.
