The hostel facilities are in dire need of improvement. There is no water available for bathing, and the receptionist is quite rude. It's essential for management to address these issues, as the current conditions are unacceptable.
If you’re thinking of lodging at Gnat Hall Amakom Kumasi, then you need to rethink about it again. The facility is in a very deplorable state. To top it all the customer service is very poor. No water flowing in the washrooms, dirty room and mosquitoes everywhere.
Booking the place for your event is easy once the spot is available. The hurdle is in how they are slow to get the place ready for you.
