A complaint was made with head office and referred to Golden Valley Management on the 5th of January. Till now I have not received any feedback, despite several follow up emails. Nearly a week later still no contact , like stated in the response.

Our recent complimentary two night accommodation plus Brekkie Bun stay at Golden valley casino and lodge was disappointing! I'm going to give some thought, I've been visiting Golden valley for many years, from Maroon,silver ,gold & platinum but not once been offered a free stay,free dinner ,same applies to Grand West or Sun City
