Terrible service booked in a room aa big a a closet despite making and paying in advance requesting bigger room because long stay. Clothing closet can take maybe 4 pieces terrible. They want money in advance but can't deliver.
Wifi was not working. No hot water. Toilet window was transparent and had no curtain. Breakfast was not served even though it was included in the booking.
I was there beginning of May. R1300/day for 5 days was paid, unfortunately when I got there I took a different room for R850, so they had to pay me back R450 x 5 =2 250..
