Their room is average. However their food is awesome. Generous breakfast, lunch tasted good and the restaurant has such a warm ambience. The restaurant staff are very friendly and appears well trained. Front desk and room service staff needs some training on etiquetes.

Review is for the restaurant - not the hotel. Local food is tasty and portions are huge. Service was a bit slow but they tried. Would definitely go back next time in Takoradi and have more time

Restaurant service is very poor. Waited over an hour and half for food and when we commented on that, we were told it is not their fault per the waiter. We asked for a manager, the person came, did not introduce themselves or even talk to us, customer service is very poor. Shower heads broken.
