It is a. Nice event center. Spacious, adequate parking lot, You don't necessarily need to rent the entire facility as the hall could be demarcated to suit your purpose. It's quite a big event center for a quiet town as Oshogbo, Osun State. Uniformed Security, Standby power supply and all. The a/c in the hall was however not enough to serve the crowd at that event, the attendees were well too much.
