A big town hall for community events but now used for different events by the general public. It has a large verandah and parking is relatably easier from the entry driveway. It's still being maintained with the funds generated externally and approval gotten from the ruler.

The Town Hall is a relatively popular place at the center of Ikorodu where private and public events hold. It has a hall capacity of 1000 and an open space that can accommodate about 500 guests. The place is spacious, there is a green area and parking was okay. Inside the town hall was spacious, with a gallery that was cantilevered.
