The place is always empty with little or no activity taking place. It's a smoking heaven for dagga smoking kids. There's no one taking responsibility or charge of the place even if there's peole employed to do so.
It's still small question is that what did the outgoing councillor do with the money allocated for the revamp it's still not broadened
