Bad reception. Even after booking online, I was still denied lodging. Receptionist was not receptive at all. Just wants to sleep and not work. Bad experience in total. Never to repeat.

Not bad, elevator not working had to climb many stairs with luggage, room not bad, air conditioned, TV, heated water, a safe. Good customer service. Standard swimming pool, event halls. Serene atmosphere with a lot of greenery and park like environment

Nice location and environment. The receptionists are nice but the rooms and services are terrible. Mattresses on the beds are like rocks. DO NOT!!! I repeat, DO NOT JUMP ON THE MATTRESS AND EXPECT ANYTHING else EXCEPT LANDING ON ROCKS WITH YOUR KNEELS. Room services were below par.

The food is really nice. The staffs are welcoming and nice . Their pool is the best around here just a little more expensive than others but it's worth it. Their rooms are really big and nice .
