Kariega Town Hall

It was very bad,there is still a lot of favoritism when certain people just walk in and through and staff are on their phones when the are suppose to be helping people,and I think that the systems and place should be upgraded to make service more sufficient.

Poor service delivery, elders and those with disabilities wait in the sun, unprofessional, and no system in place to control how fluent people are attended to, most of the time one person helps, the enquiries, and 5 for payments and there's a few people every half hour,that goes to payments.

It's not like it used to be.Improvements will be appreciated.There's no security guard on premesis. .

Great service! Friendly staff and hard working.

Long que's outside with only two tellers helping,bad bad service,lazy goverment assistants.
