A peaceful community with nice layout, but the road network is so bad, no drainage for water runoff.

Its okay, new layout area in Akure. The inyernal road network needs to be worked on by the government.

There is an epileptic electricity supply in that area, the roads are bad though it's a serene environment.

Nice and quiet place,but the access isn't motorable, especially during the rainy season

Everything about here is okay but electricity isn't really good and the road isn't so good also
