This museum houses so much history about Ladysmith town and the battle fields around the area. If you are in and around town, you can visit the museum for as little as R14 for adults and R5.50 for children and pensioners.

A small museum that packs a punch about the Ladysmith Siege and some context around the Anglo-Boer conflict. Some of the information jumps a bit from the previous display making it a bit confusing to follow. Signage in Afrikaans and English. Spent about 90 minutes reading and viewing all the displ…

Decent museum with a lot of interesting pieces. Good for adults and kids alike. Worth the visit

Its a traffic control office where you can pay for traffic fines, renew drivers license and vehicle license disc.

I spent the morning in Ladysmith. With nothing to do but wait for the missus's car to be ready, I decided to visit the Siege Museum. How very interesting, and it was just R9 for pensioners. There are so many stories being told in the displays, but my favourite was about the three Long Tom field guns…
