A fairly nice place to stay, basic facilities are here however, there is a need for some upgrades. ROMs are spacious and neat. It's quiet and relatively safe.

Feels secure, quite cozy. Place isn't dope. They claim it's the cheapest around but I can hardly call it 'cheap'. Well, it's Maiduguri; so???

They don't flit the rooms, old television, no internet, the bathroom and toilets are dirty. Customer service is very poor. They don't have a good standby generator.
