Expect great things from Le Grant. From our welcome by the host Maria, to the breakfast, every aspect of our stay was superb. The rooms were super luxurious and spacious – very impressive. Breakfast was outstanding! Ideal for a five star stay in Kroonstad.
Customer Service is everything and anything that touches a customer - directly or indirectly. This is what Joy did by just welcoming me and I did not hesitate that I’ll have a great stay. Joy and Staff, thank you so much and I’ll be seeing you soon.
What a very beautiful place and environmentally friendly for single/couples/business with stunning rooms and view outside. Customer service excellent and on point. God bless "Andrew" good communication with customers and hospitality.
