It's a hall usually used for events and weddings. I have attended two weddings here and the ventilation is a cause of concern for me, the ACs are basically non-existent and the fans are not enough, so it becomes a heat fest. This hall requires urgent facelift and proper maintenance to make it more…
It can comfortably sit 400 guests. It's in a friendly environment with abundant street parking. It is also secure.

Very poor. The lady who had the hall switched off the generator before the event ended
The place is nice but the parking arrangements are terrible.
