Beautiful well maintained historical building worth a visit when you find yourself in Bloemfontein, you can enjoy the supreme court of appeal right next to it as well as the Fourth Raadsdaal historical masterpiece and the president museum next the the court.
It was my first time being to City Hall. I was attending my nieces graduation. I must say. What a beautiful building from inside and outside. It was clean and well taken care of. It's really being well kept. Big kudos to Mangaung municipality for taking such good care of the building.
Only people who work here are special. They park on a bicycle and wheelchair walkway, so people with wheelchairs and bikers have to pass on the road because they are not important enough. It's been happening since forever, and nobody cares.
Hub of Mangaung's political activity kept in her maiden architectural design.
Beautiful building, but terrain is littered
