One of the busiest lecture hall. But it's easy to locate and if you're looking for someone there, meeting him or her is easy too but i personally think the lecture halls at MPH are too tiny for the population of students doing a particular course.

Mph3 is a nice lecture hall and is a conducive environment for learning and conducting an examination. I've been writing an examination in the hall time without numbers and i really like the hall.
