At a very good location but there is need for room renovation

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The lady on night duty on 11th Feb 2024, is so ill-mannered, disrespectful and has poor customer service/support. I politely asked her to please take my meal order so she could relate to the chef …

Room was not good clean, duvet cover was so dirty, tap/besin/shower all are spoiled... bathroom was smelling....... Restorent service need be improve need more traning to staff Att: Owner/GM should look in service and need to upgrade....

Not a hotel you will want to come back to. Rooms antiquated. Food was bland. So called complimentary breakfast is nothing but a handful of rice with stew and a tiny piece of beef.

Oyea is a very nice place to be with your friends and family
