We ordered for a Friday befday celebration. We were in contact with shop for delay in collection as shop closes, 4pm. They closed shop with our cake without communication and refused to sacrifice and make exception only once as we had communicated before. The owner is not hands on and relies on assi…
Day of the event, nobody knows about the order that was paid in full upfront. Now we have a party without a cake, what a joke. I would not recommend her to anybody.
