On Lorne 57 Guest House

The staff is not professional. They can do better with how the place smell in general. The location that is looks like is unsafe, dangerous, suspicious, or untrustworthy, next to a scrap yard of some sort. I wonder book the place again to say the least.

The view is gorgeous, cleaning service on point but don't go there to have a good time you can hear conversations nextdoor. I was with my girlfriends but they had a water problem when we were there so we'd take cold showers and it's winter. And the Aircon has nothing but cold air

Service was good each room had a TV, kettle, 2 bottles of water, coffees, sugar, milk, and a pack of biscuits... the bathrooms weren't that good, the handheld shower was broken, another toilet was also broken, couches weren't very clean, kitchen is definitely too small for the house having 7 bedroom…

Maintenance appears to have suffered. Beautiful old guest house with alot of potential but can no longer be considered 4 star based on my experience.
