It's a cool place to stay. Close to the center of town so you can easily walk to anywhere. It's also quite close to the crodile pond and the Burkina Faso border so you can check those out while you're there. Seeing the crocodiles was thrilling but the environment was not kept tidy. Management of the facility should do more to meet the hype.
