Went to drop off rates rebate forms. Time was approx 13.45. Got a parking on the premises very easily. Reception area very neat and clean. There was seating available. Queue moved steadily. Probably waited about 30 mins Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I just gone past there. Very unsafe and unclean in Pinetown civic centre. I never go there. The rates and taxes dept is quite nice. Just a huge parking problem. My experience getting vaccinated was really positive. It was efficient and every single nurse and officer I encountered was very friendly. I'm impressed.
