The place could use some inside the rooms. Open shower needs doors, water was everywhere on the floor. Blinds were not proper. Anyone could peep in from outside while you're showering

The receptionist was rude. When we arrived, she said all rooms were fully booked. When we showed her the booking confirmation and told her that it's been paid already, suddenly rooms are available.

Had to drive back to Johannesburg late at night. They haven't even refunded me despite calling them several times.

Our room was clean and neat with everything as advertised. Only recommendation is better and more professional communication - I couldn’t got hold of the lodge over the phone to confirm our stay and nobody replied to my messages and voice …
