Everything is en pointe. Restaurant has good local n international food. Serves quickly. Rooms standard, although the bucket in the bathroom makes it a bit 'local'. It's my first time here for an event. It is located on the main road on Iwo-Ibadan road. The entrance is wide and clean. Serene environment, river on sight. Spacious event hall. Parking space may not be enough for "very big" party though.

It's a very nice place, very spacious and conducive

What a wonderful place and atmosphere indeed beside one of the great river that cut across western part of Nigeria.

Price is a bit on the high, nice scenery tho. Service is okay but not too tier.
