Sapele secretariat council hall

It easy to locate and so bold enough to be seen

The secretariat has a new facelift and the staff were very attentive. I thought this was very unlike a public service establishment. Kudos to the leaders of the Sapele local government council

They are doing excellent job.

Sapele local government headquarters, very nice outside, neat and tidy but the office I went to, was not. Old and broken furniture begging for replacement.
