Ambience, great. However, the receptionist was unwelcoming and the customer service was very poor. The rooms are very terrible. Some appliances were not working. Pricing does not merit the service.
A decent and quiet environment with good room facilities and good services and gyms
I love the greens and flowers at the place but the services need much to be desired. Reception was not too sure of my room reservation after making part payment for a month. The room I was finally given was okay but water was not flowing in the toilet. Had to leave the next day.
The environment is very welcoming, but they need to refurbish some of their rooms. Their food ranges from 100 cedis and above. You can also get malt at 25 cedis. Standard room cost 450 cedis breakfast included.
Sheila’s hotel was a lovely experience!
