There were a number of things not quite right with the hotel. The rooms aren't well maintained, poor lighting, bad air conditioners, toilets getting flooded with run off water as you bathe, to name just a few. I guess the high point is the events hall it has, which is spacious and could be a decent …

Nice place cos I came in late and their gates were open for me! It's an over priced going by the room I was given, quite place, lovely attendance by receptionist, they begged to change my room but just a night there and next day I was off!

Good room but need to be better maintained. Had to ask for towel, there's only one socket in the room to which the TV is plugged. The rooms are not meant for someone that have work to do

The hotel to a large extent is ok but the customer service was poor. Janitors aren’t good in keeping the rooms tidy. Sometimes there won’t be water to use the bathroom.
