Very friendly and professional contact prior to our stay. Sandy in particular was extremely helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. The service in advance was really pleasant—I already feel like I'm in good hands.

We were upgraded to a spacious room. The complimentary boat trip round the lagoon was great. Thanks to Alex the skipper. Sadly we were the only guests in the hotel so it definitely lacked atmosphere,but the staff and food were great.
