The environment is very tidy. Applicants are given a very warm welcome at the reception desk, they are also treated fairly. First-come-first-served principle is applied to all applicants. Would be applicants must beware of guys around the office who play the role of middle men.

I love this place. The reception is superb. You're not harrassed or intimidated by any Staff. The seats available for clients however seem fewer than than necessary. People should be ware of unauthorized persons near the office who may play the middle roles.

People told me I won't get my passport early if I don't pay extra money but I had it in two months with pay extra. The workers there are all lovely, there are directions and labels which makes it easier to move.
