It's a nice place for studying but it is not opened on Saturdays which is very bad because Saturday is when most people get a free time to read or study for long hours. I suggest that you add Saturday
The Grace Angel Conference Hall is an ideal place for hosting indoor events. It's on the 3rd floor of the Takoradi library building
Calling it A library is a misnomer. It's a purely commercial and recreational facility. A big facility masquerading as something it's not. There's a restaurant, a theater for rent and various businesses.
If it's about books look no further than Takoradi library. They have all encyclopaedia some books you've never thought of. If it about books look no further than Takoradi Library
