A very tough place to setup events as a decorator. Elevator size is limited, staircase are very tight and above all it's on the fifth floor. Facility managers should just look at ways of including a cargo lift to ease setup / tear down. Nice place though.

Very nice place to hold an event. Maximally secure, considering the location of being right in the center of Lagos Island. Parking Spaces are abundant and the toilet facility is well maintained.
