The Chancery Hotel

It was a cool place and it was mildly fun.

The pool has been renovated to look classy, the lounge has a nice ambience with a pool board. The staffers need to reduce the volume of their sound players, it's a lounge and not a club for God's sake. Overall it's a nice place

Very good customer service. Functioning gym and swimming pool Good bar area They need to work on their shower stands. They need to work on the light situation during the day.

They have a poor service. The restaurant section doesn’t pick calls that the customer had to walk to the restaurant all the time to make an order. This need to be addressed

It's clean considering the locality and environment though they could do better with the toilets. The beds are comfortable. The food takes time to arrive as they have to prepare it fresh on order. Rates are on the high side considering there are similar standards of hotels in the state capital which…
