Reshika was an absolute pleasure to work with. Anything I needed, she was happy to cater to, which made the whole process stress-free. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration. The Haven Venue was perfect, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

We were thoroughly unimpressed with the customer service at Heaven Hall. The owner's behavior after our final payment was particularly disappointing - we felt disrespected and treated poorly. Given the experience, we won't be returning or recommending Heaven Hall to others.

An experience to remember from the accommodating hosts to the friendly staff ,not forgetting the amazing sound and lighting. Would definitely rebook in the future and recommend to anyone for a welcoming warm experience.
